![]() One little secret I picked up on a photo shoot with swimsuit models was the great benefit of apple cider vinegar. I talked to these hard-bodied models and asked for their secrets to a slim figure, and they all swore by drinking 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every morning before starting their day. Not only does this shot help boost their metabolism, but it also fives their skin a fantastic glow. If you're a wimpy girl like me and cant' stand the taste of pure vinegar, try apple cider vinegar tablets. Available at any health food store, this kinder version gives you the same results without making your wrinkle your nose first thing in the morning. xoxo, Shalini For more beauty tips, pick up a copy of Passport to Beauty Stay tuned to this blog and become a fan on Facebook for more 2-minute beauty tips and sign up for the Global Goddess Beauty newsletter to be the first to learn about the newest Global Goddess Beauty News!! ![]() Have the holiday festivities taken its toll on your eyes? Cucumbers are great for reducing puffiness around your eyes...it's a trick that's not so tricky. Just slice a few, and lay them on closed eyelids for a few minutes.
Another trick, a beauty secret from Germany, is to use chamomile tea bags to get the same effect. Steep the tea bags in hot water for a few minutes, and let them cool. Place each bag over your eyes and relax for a few minutes. Take them off and voila!! Your puffiness is gone!!
